The clauses that are listed below, regulate the Conditions of Use of the website «https://cdme.es». The term «user» includes any person accessing the website, either directly or from any other Internet site. The general conditions that regulate the use of the website are the following:

These Terms of Use shall be construed and governed in accordance with Spanish law. The parties expressly waive the immunity they may be entitled and expressly submit to the Courts of Madrid to resolve any dispute that may arise in the performance of these contract terms.
